Refund/Return Policy
TRC of Canada is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! You may cancel your order before it is shipped, or you may return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked and no restocking fees! If you receive an incorrect item, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and replace it with the correct product at no additional charge.
- EmailTRCCanadaCustomerService@texasrefinery.com or call 888-872-1922 and provide your order number to receive your Return Authorization Number. If the item is incorrect or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice provided TRC of Canada has issued a Return Authorization Number.
- We do not accept any returns after 30 days from delivery date to the buyer’s address.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order please contact TRC of Canada as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
- All cancelation/refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
A refund can be expected within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. We will issue the refund within 24 hours of the receipt of the return. However, it may take another few days for your bank to process our refund request and return the funds to your account. Please note; TRC of Canada cannot issue a refund until the items have been received at our facility.
